Built in 1892 and fully reconstructed in 2009/2010 for Deutsche Bank. Centrally located in the inner city of Essen opposite the central railway station.

The portfolio consists of four individual properties located in central locations in Dresden, Ludwigsburg (Stuttgart), Berlin and Bergisch Gladbach (Cologne).

Building complex with three star-shaped office structures with up to 5 storeys. IBM’s data center is directly adjacent and integrated to this property.
